Coming from a foreign land with nothing, she learned to be tough and cunning in order to ensure she and her half-brother Marleo were cared for.

Felix is a spymaster for the royals and nobility of the kingdom of Estrellune. He stands for law and order, despite having a bit of a chaotic streak, and simply can't resist knocking the occasional ink bottle off the desks of kingdom officials. He enjoys sunshine, pretty prisms and stained glass, knives, and unattended cups (bonus points if said cups are fragile).

Ferrin is a talented alchemist and craftsman. Once prophesized to be a mighty hero, he found himself suffering from a number of debilitating medical conditions in his early childhood. After his supposed failure, he took his fate into his own hands, building himself a mechanical service companion named Gizmo and inventing things that help others like him.

Always three steps ahead, Marcel is a trickster who will never turn down a good deal. His cunning and suave get him into trouble as well as out of it, though he'll assure you he's in complete control of the situation. His interest lies in whatever he thinks is most beneficial to him at the time. He has a love for soulful music, flavorful foods, and complex spells.

Saphie is bubbly and kind, a total extrovert with a big heart and a firm belief in hard work. After years of studying and training, she plays the role of both a gentle healer and a feisty warrior, satisfying the desires of both of her parents. However, she is very prone to burnout, and is very sheltered and naive due to her lack of time for social activities.

The sweetest pyromaniac you will ever meet, Vesper is a charming and friendly performer, as well as being something of a wildcard with a fiery personality and a bit of a temper. Her musical repertoire and preferences change with her emotions, ranging from folksy when she's calm and trying to blend in to grunge rock when she's emboldened.

Yvaine is quiet, poised, and wise beyond her years. She rarely speaks, but when she does, it's usually important. There is duality to her, as she wields both healing starlight and deadly frost, though she prefers the former. She doesn't like to start fights, but when options run out, she has no qualms against finishing them. Her familiar is a bat named Luna (Lulu).
